Do spectators have to pay an entrance fee?

No, SPECTATING IS FREE. All spectators are free to walk around the facility. We just ask that as a spectator you do not interact with any of the equipment on the facility’s floor.

Do you require reservations?

We do not require reservations and allow guests to walk in and purchase tickets at our facility for both Play: CLE and Play: CBUS.

Can I buy tickets online?

Yes, for both locations you may purchase tickets prior to arriving.

Do you offer any team-building or group activities?

We believe the combination of our fantastic team, dedication to safety, kitchen and bar, and challenges we offer makes us the most IDEAL spot to host a corporate, sales, or team building outing! Most of our courses are designed to be done in small groups, or at least with someone, and can be turned into team building with minimal effort. Our height-based challenges can be enhanced to promote trust and team building.

Can you help with fundraisers and non-profit events?

Yes! We have a few different ways to help groups host fundraising events with Play:. Reach out to your location’s Events Team!

Food + Drink:

Do you have snacks to buy?

Yes! We have a made-from-scratch kitchen and food menu available from open until an hour before close.

Can we bring in our own food?

We do not allow outside food and beverages into our facilities. We do encourage guests to bring and refill multi-use water bottles.

Does your restaurant serve alcohol?

Yes! Our bar works closely with many local breweries and distributers to bring you the best selection of beer, wine, and spirits to your location! Our beer, wine, and cocktail menu changes often so give us a call if you would like more information.

Do you offer gluten free and vegetarian options?

Yes! We have several food and beverage options that are gluten free, as well as vegetarian options on our menu.

Should I fill out my waiver in advance? Do I need a new waiver every visit?
Get those waivers done in advance! The quickest way to get in and moving is to complete your waiver forms in advance for both Play: CLE and Play: CBUS. The waiver is simple to do from your computer, tablet, or phone before you step through our doors. Just head over to our waiver page. All waivers expire after one year. Each waiver must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian for participants under the age of 18.

Are Spectators free?

There is no charge for a spectators at Play: CLE and Play: CBUS. We ask that all children under 12 are accompanied by a paying adult.

Do you have any Clothing and/or Shoes requirements?

All participants must wear closed-toe athletic shoes. No boots or sandals. We recommend comfortable, athletic clothing. We do not recommend wearing skirts or dresses. However, if you choose to wear a skirt or dress; shorts or pants must be worn to ensure safe fit of our harnesses.
