Thank you for a great opening weekend! We were thrilled to see so many people come out from near and far to check us out. We thought we’d provide a few answers to the questions we are hearing most often.
Q: What is the age limit?
A: There is no specific age limit. Our ninja courses, parkour course, and climbing walls can be used by all, although we generally recommend ages 7+. Our aerial ropes course has a height requirement where a guest must be able to reach up 66” or 5’ 6” to safely guide themselves across the safety cables. And our zip line has a minimum weight requirement of 60 lbs. and maximum weight of 275 lbs.
Q: Can parents watch if their kids are using the activities?
A: Absolutely! We obviously encourage adults to get in on the activities as well, as they’ll find it’s a great workout and even better family bonding time. But if a parent would like to just watch, they do NOT have to pay to get in and we have several areas to relax and watch the action including our dining area, our Mezz lounge area upstairs, and additional viewing areas we are building.
Q: Are you selling gift cards?
A: Yes! Gift cards are available onsite and can be loaded with any amount. We do not have them properly working for online ordering just yet but if you’d like to have us ship them out, feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number, the number of cards and the gift card amount. We will call you for payment information and ship them out (with a small shipping and handling fee).
Q: What kind of food are you serving?
A: We’ve got something for everyone and this is definitely NOT concession food. Our dining and bar area, known as The Biner, serves a full menu including snacks and appetizers, salads, flatbreads, and sandwiches. Plus, we have a great BYO (build-your-own) rice or pasta bowl where you can choose your protein, vegetables, and sauces to create a custom entrée to your liking. And we have the perfect kids’ meal where every meal is just $5!
Q: Can I get a good workout at Play: CLE?
A: You bet you can. Play: CLE is creating fun in fitness and each of our activities have the right mix of opportunities to get a solid workout in while you are here. We expect to create a variety of group classes in early 2018 for both adults and kids, and we’re also looking to create combo classes with other local gyms/studios.
We have a perfect venue for yoga, spin, Crossfit, and dance classes to hold a class in, offering a different location that also boasts our variety of activities that can follow the main class. Look for more information to come out soon.
